Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out from Monday - Friday at 1.00 pm. Payments and orders made after this time will be shipped out on the next working day.



We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date and time of your package as this will be handled by the third party service (courier service: JNE, Anter Aja).



Make sure the address given is clear and correct. We do not responsible for any losses or delay caused by mistyped/wrong written address from the customers end.



No shipment on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

For international orders, import duties will be borne by the customer, with the amount varies according to the import tax regulation in the countries the recipient resides in.
