Refund policy

Product exchange only applied to products with manufactory defect and all exchanges are subject to availability.  

For hygiene reasons, strictly no exchange or refunds for earrings, unless the item received is broken.

Product exchange or refund can be made within 5 days in a form of store credit. All products must be exactly as you received them. 

Products must be mailed for return within 5 days from the day the order was delivered.(i.e. Your order was arrived 5th January, you have until 10th of January to ship back your returns).

Refunds will not include shipping costs.
